Egyptian actress Rania Youssef turned down a role in the series "Al Rayan" after discovering the producer wanted to start filming before the completion of the script.
Rania said to Youm7.com she turned down the project after only receiving scripts for only 15 episodes, and confirmed she is used to reading the entire script before committing to take on a role.
She added she requested from the producer to send her the remaining episodes, and was later surprised he announced at a press conference that she is participating in the project along with Khaled Saleh and Riham Abdel Ghafour without her approval.
Rania confirmed the series "Al Rayan" portrays the life story of disgraced Egyptian businessman Ahmed Al Rayan.
In other news, Rania confirmed she will begin filming at the end of April 2011 her scenes in the movie "Wahed Sahih" with actors Hani Salama and Ghada Adel.
