With all the effort starlets put into their wardrobes for Hollywood award shows, you'd think making sure their outfit does not reveal nipples would be on the top of their checklist. But as the history of celebrity nip slips has shown us, it's not.
Hayden Panettiere is out to break that trend. On Sunday night she wore a sheer gray dress that would have exposed everything there was to expose if she hadn't taken a simple precaution: smoothing on pasties, those thin sticker-like things that serve no other purpose than to cover a lady's bits.
Panettiere could've really accessorized the wardrobe a little better though. If Dita Von Teese, Kelly Rowland, Britney Spears, Lil Kim, Rihanna and even J-WOWW can choose pasties that compliment their ensemble, why couldn’t Panettiere? Instead she pulled a Naomi Watts, which is totally boring but better than showing everyone what you've got. At least from her perspective.
