According to Chairman LPG Distribution Association Irfan Khokhar, the domestic cylinder has become expensive by Rs100 and commercial Rs400.
He said the price of a kilogram of LPG has surged to Rs150 in Muzaffarabad, Kashmir and FATA. In these parts of the country the rate of domestic cylinder has increased to Rs1,730.
In Multan and Bahawalpur, the new price of the commodity has been fixed at Rs120 a kilo, pushing the domestic cylinder to Rs1,390.
LPG price in Karachi has climbed to Rs100 per kg and here the domestic cylinder is now being sold for Rs1,150.
