Abdul Razzaq broke South Africa's ten-match winning streak with an onslaught that even in the era of Twenty20 stood out for its brutality. The South African juggernaught seemed set to roll on when Shahid Afridi was dismissed in the 30th over leaving Pakistan hobbling at 136 for 5 with the target miles away. The wickets kept falling and even until the start of the 47th over South Africa seemed in control. All that changed as Razzaq unleashed three sixes off Charl Langeveldt in that over, and continued to hammer away to make it 14 off the final six deliveries. Albie Morkel started the last over with a dot ball, but Razzaq sent the next two sailing over midwicket before a off-side four two balls later gave long-suffering Pakistan fans a scarcely believeable victory to cherish.
